Commercial Law
We specialise in commercial law, providing commercial clients with expert advice.
Our firm includes company law attorneys and tax law specialists, offering businesses of all sizes professional legal advice and representation, and assistance in setting up and maintaining cost-effective commercial structures.
We can assist with complex commercial law transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, liquidations, shareholders agreements, sale and purchase of shares, sale of business as a going concern, cessions and pledges, suretyships, acknowledgements of debt, buy-sell agreements, trusts and wills, sole distributions, franchising and more.
Company registration service
We provide South African businesses with efficient company registration.
We also offer use of shelf companies. These are Pty (Ltd) companies that we have already registered and that have no trading history, assets or liabilities.
The benefits of using a shelf company include an older company registration number and the ability to start trading immediately. Older shelf companies typically cost more due to the accumulated annual fees payable to the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC).
